Q. Do you sell griddles for restaurants or small bakeries?
A. No, we specialize in building only large capacity griddles that make a minimum of 7,000 pieces per hour.

Q. Do you sell your product outside of the U.S.?
A. Yes, we have many griddles in Canada, Europe, Australia and Asia; our griddles are engineered to be easily broken down for containerized shipment.

Q. Do you provide parts and service for your griddles in foreign countries?
A. From our Dallas, Texas location we can usually provide worldwide next day parts service, our griddle’s onboard Ethernet capabilities give us direct communication with all of our griddles in both domestic and foreign locations.

Q. Do you sell parts or service for other brands of ovens or griddles?
A. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any parts for other brands of ovens or griddles. We do however provide a full array of parts and service for any TSA griddle going back to the very first generation.

Q. If we buy a griddle from your company can you provide installation?
A. Our griddles have always included shipping, installation and training, whether it’s been in the U.S. or abroad.

Q. We need a griddle that makes a unique product; can you make us a custom griddle?
