Our Griddle cake machines are the newest addition to the TSA product line.
Logos or brand symbols can be cooked into the top of the Griddle cake’s golden brown crust. Our Griddle cake moulds are 1.5″ thick and require little to no oil to aid in product release. Oil can be applied by our innovative brush on method to accurately apply oil to the moulds and minimize over oiling. Our batter depositors are very accurate because of the servo controlled motors that consistently and accurately deposit batter to +or- 0.3 gm and are easily removed from the griddle for cleaning. Our griddle plates can be continuously cleaned by a high temperature brush system. Depositor, brush, guards, cladding, control panel and exhaust hood are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel. Our griddle plate temperature control is second to none and can consistently control the massive amount of griddle plates to within plus or minus 3 degrees. The Griddle cake cooker has an automatic ignition, temperature and flame monitoring system for trouble free operation. The Griddle cake maker is controlled by an Allen Bradley PLC/Servo system and interfaced with a panel view 1000. The industrial Griddle cake oven has a lockable recipe control system, no more manual set point entry or unauthorized changes.
